Obituary
KELDA STRINGER was born August 21, 1925 and departed this life February 16, 2006 reaching the age of 80 years. She was the daughter of James E. Stringer and Maude Russell Stringer.
She is survived by a nephew, Ronnie Stringer; and a niece, Carolyn Jones; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Maude Stringer; two brothers, Scott and Henry Stringer; and three half sisters, Effie Newell, Pearl Baker, and Nettie Johnson.
She was a long time employee of the Wayne County Outlook and was well known for her newspaper stand located downtown by the doughboy in Monticello.
She was known by many and will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral Service: Memorial service will be held Sunday, February 19th at 2:30 pm at Nazarene Church in Monticello, KY
