Katrina Kathaleen Bridgeman was born June 12, 1933 and departed this life Saturday, March 16, 2013 reaching the age of 79. She was the daughter of the late Rufus and Versa (Hughes) Burton.

She is survived by: 3 sons, Garry, Donald, and Randall Rector; 1 daughter, Sandra Frost; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by: 4 brothers, Orman, Darrell, Don, and Orlis Burton; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Rufus and Versa Burton, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Chester Rector; 1 daughter, Rita Rector; 2 brothers, Edsel and Denzil Burton; and 1 sister, Marita Burton Rector.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
