Kathy Darlene Rector was born November 8, 1965 and departed this life Tuesday, September 21, 2021 reaching the age of 55 years. She was the daughter of Lola Abbott and the late Frank Foster.

She is survived by: one son, Robert Rector, Jr.; two daughters, Frances Fulton and Jessica Carroll; one sister, Frances "Ann" Foster; and nine grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her father, Frank Foster, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Rector, Sr.; one brother, Bobby Foster; and one sister, Carolyn Sue Foster.
