Obituary
Karen Smith was born January 2, 1966 and departed this life Wednesday, January 10, 2018 reaching the age of 52 years. She was the daughter of Lillian Putt and the late, Robert Gregory.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by: one sister, Michele Lucas; four brothers, Shawn and Kevin Jones & Eric and Brian Gregory; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Robert Gregory.
She was a loving daughter, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 15, 2018 after 12pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 15, 2018 at 1pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to:
The Karen Smith Memorial Fund.
The Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home of Monticello in charge of arrangements.
