Obituary
JUDY LOIS UPCHURCH was born October 3, 1953, and departed this life Sunday, February 11, 2007, reaching the age of 53 years. She was the daughter of Lewis Prewitt and Lois Canada Prewitt.
She is survived by: her husband, Jimmy Upchurch; her son, Mitchell Upchurch; her parents, Lewis Prewitt of Savoy, KY, and Lois Prewitt of Williamsburg, KY; one sister, Janet Sagester of Batesville, IN; and 4 brothers, Raymond and Allen Prewitt of Williamsburg, KY, Jerry Prewitt of Corbin, KY, and Scotty Prewitt of Cincinnati, OH.
She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, relative, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Tuesday, February 13th, 2007 after 5pm in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, February 14th, 2007 at 2pm at the Monticello Church of God.
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
