Judy Lewis was born October 11, 1944 and departed this life on Friday, October 3, 2014 having reached the age of 69 years. She was the daughter of the late Willard and Lucille (Pyles) Atkins.

She was married to David "Bull" Lewis and to this union four children were born.

She is survived by: Her husband, David "Bull" Lewis; 2 sons, Mark "Jug" Lewis (wife Robin) and Todd Lewis (wife Delora); 2 daughters, Susanne Scott (husband Phil) and Vickie Barrier (Roger Turner); 1 sister, Lynda Puckett; 7 grandchildren, Danielle Meyer, Bryant Dunagan, John David Scott, Gunner Barrier, Dakota Morrow, Delainey Morrow, and Crystal Turner; and 4 great grandchildren, Sophia and Lukas Meyer, Merrek and Abigail Turner.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 after 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 2pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
