Obituary
Juanita Wheeldon Hurst was born May 6th, 1933 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Monday, September 23rd, 2002, reaching the age of 69 years. She was the daughter of Barbie Wheeldon and Amelia Goddard.
She was united in marriage to Joseph Edmond Hurst, and to this union two children were born.
She is survived by one son-Jim Hurst of Monticello, KY and one daughter-Lynn Clifton of Lumberton, TX. She is survived by three beloved grandchildren-James E. Hurst, Joseph Clifton and Lauren Clifton. She is survived by one half-brother.
She is also survived by one niece Missy Hamm, two nephews-Mike and Drew Reynolds, one great niece-Mary Beth Hamm, along with many friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joe, and two sisters-Carol Reynolds and Mary Lou Moore.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Tuesday, September 24th, 2002 in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Wednesday, September 25th, 2002 at 3 PM in the chapel of the Marvin Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
