JOYCE HANCOCK WATKINS, age 42, of Cookeville, TN, formerly of Monticello, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2006 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.
She was born June 3rd, 1963 in Wayne County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Earl Hancock and Lucille Clark Hancock.
She was united in marriage to Daniel Watkins.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Watkins; her son-Jason and one grandchild-Alvin James Hancock. She is also survived by her parents-Earl and Lucille Hancock; four brothers-Dale, Danny, David, and Johnny Hancock, along with several relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, relative and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 6 PM on Sunday, February 12th, 2006 in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Monday, February 13th, 2006 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
