Johnnie Oral Bertram was born June 7, 1927 and departed this life July 1, 2019 reaching the age of 92 years. He was the son of the late Fred and Mollie (Brown) Bertram.

He is survived by: one daughter, Paula (Marvin) Sisneros; grandchildren, Peter (Caroline) Carusone, Michael Scheneman, Tiffany (Danny) Dickerson, and Derek (Kayla) Sisneros; great grandchildren, Devin Dickerson, Damon Dickerson, Daren Dickerson, Drew Dickerson, Donavin Dickerson, Dale Dickerson, Dominic Carusone, and Madison Carusone; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his parents, Fred and Millie Bertram, he was preceded in death by his wife, Flonnie Bertram and one sister, Maydell Piercy.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 5, 2019 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, July 5, 2019 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
