John T. Waddell, 72, of Ft Wayne, IN joined his Heavenly Father on May 6, 2017 in Monticello, KY. Born on March 22, 1945 in Columbus, OH to the late John H. and Mary (Menduni) Waddell. John was a loving, generous, and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was his family's rock and will be greatly missed.

John leaves behind the love of his life, Christine Butler Waddell of Fort Wayne. He will also be greatly missed by his children, John H. Waddell, Janice Sutton, and Jason Barnhart; brother, Michael Waddell; and grandchildren, Brandon, Cody, and Caleb Sutton, Matthew and Jonathan Waddell, and Obi and Reid Barnhar; mother-in-law, Marjorie Butler as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandson Lucas Waddell.

Funeral service will be held at 12:30p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Cedar Lake Church of Christ, 1492 Co Rd 27, Waterloo, IN 46793 with visitation 10a.m.-12p.m. Preferred memorials to the family.
