Obituary
JoAnn Marie Choate was born March 19, 1939 and departed this life Saturday, May 26, 2012 reaching the age of 73. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy Marie (DeWitt) Gorman.
She is survived by: 3 sons, Noah Ernest, Phillip DeWayne, and Timothy Lynne Lowe; 1 daughter, Ann Francis; 18 grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
She is also survived by: 3 sisters, Louise Gorman of Michigan, Clara Davis and Joesphine Piercy both of New Castle, IN; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Ed and Dorothy Gorman, she was preceded in death by:
1 son, David Paul Lowe; 3 brothers, Bob, Eddie, and Herman Gorman; 2 sisters, Madeline Marie Choate and Geraldine Gorman; and 1 grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2012 at 2 pm at the Elk Spring Cemetery with Bro. Jack Gibbons officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
