Jimmy Williams was born April 24, 1936 and departed this life Saturday, October 19, 2019 reaching the age of 83 years. He was the son of the late Alfred and Edna (Crabtree) Williams.

He is survived by: two sons, Mike Williams and Blane Williams; six grandchildren, Alicia Williams, Shawna Williams, Brandon Williams, William Hicks, Stephanie Hicks, and Leah Evans; and three great grandchildren, Brayden and Cabryn Ping, and Hazel Williams.  He is also survived by: three brothers George, Reed, and Carl Williams; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: three daughters, Joy Williams, Anna Jean "Jeanie" Williams, and Patricia "Trish" Hicks; one grandchild, Morgan Daniel Williams; three brothers, Paul Williams, Bill and Roger Williams; five sisters, Roxanne McAlister, Sue Rednour, Mickey Lemaster, Elaine Supero, and Mary Rednour.

He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 24, 2019 between 10 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.  Military honors will be provided by our local DAV Chapter 105.
