Obituary
JEWELL MAE LAIR was born November 1, 1916 and departed this life March 14, 2007 reaching the age of 90 years. She was the daughter of the late Leslie Bowlin and Lou Brummett.
She married Earl Moses Lair and to this union four children were born.
She is survived by two daughters, Betty Baker and Nancy (Clay) Allen both of Indianapolis, IN; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Kenneth Bowlin of Monticello, KY; two sisters, Frances Dugger of Lima, OH and Shirley Stinson of Lafayette, IN; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Lou Bowlin; her husband, Earl Lair; two sons, Robert and Earl Kay Lair; two brothers; and six sisters.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Saturday, March 17th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Sunday, March 18th at 2 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
