Jerry Fairchild was born August 23, 1952 and departed this life Monday, January 04, 2016 reaching the age of 63 years. He was the son of the late Chester and Edith (Rains) Fairchild.

He is survived by: his companion, Edna Craig; two sisters, Connie Adkins and Darlene Sexton; and one brother, Ronnie Fairchild; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Chester and Edith Fairchild; and one brother, Scott Fairchild.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 5, 2015 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2015 at 1pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
