Jerry Acrey was born November 28, 1954 and departed this life Friday, December 18, 2009 reaching the age of 55 years. He was the son of the late Dock Coolidge and Edna Mae (Spradlin) Acrey.

He is survived by: his wife, Debbie Acrey; 1 son, Alfie Acrey; 1 daughter, Kim Houseman; and 12 grandchildren, Rayanna Jenna, Samuel Ray Paul, and Mary Elizabeth Acrey, Jeremiah, Ben, and Sara Houseman, Macayla, Nathan, Noel and Natalie Sexton, and Kayla and Jordan Dobbs; and 2 great grandchildren, Jaylan Sexton and Natlyi Hall. He is also survived by: 2 brothers, Kinney Acrey and Tony Harvey; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Dock and Edna Acrey, he was preceded in death by: 2 sisters, Gloria Mae and Betty Jane Acrey; and 4 grandchildren, Edith, Matthew, Louise, and Oretta.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
