Obituary
Jeffery Upchurch was born February 23, 1973 and departed this life July 3, 2017 reaching the age of 44 years. He was the son of Phyllis (Guinn) Upchurch and the late Norman Lee Upchurch.
In addition to his mother, Phyllis Upchurch he is survived by: two sons, Tristan and Braden Upchurch; one daughter, Tassandra Upchurch; two brothers, Mark and Paul Upchurch; and one sister, Angela Lowe; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 6, 2017 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 1:30 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with burial to follow.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to:
