Jeannine Stephenson Parmley Donovan was born September 30, 1941 and departed this life Thursday, September 19, 2019 reaching the age of 77 years. She was the daughter of the late Lucille (Stephenson) Stringer.

She is survived by: her husband, Harold Donovan; six children, Morgan Layne Parmley (Patricia), Paul Parmley (Vicki), Jeff Parmley (Lisa), Stacy Parmley (Rita), Chris Parmley (Ashley), and Pam (Alan) Turner; one sister, Carolyn Jones; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1 ^st husband, Conley Parmley; one brother, Ronald Stringer; and one grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 22, 2019 between 12 pm – 3 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 22, 2019 at 3 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Parnell Baptist Church Cemetery.
