Jeanne Fairchild Wilson was born January 6, 1937 and departed this life June 25, 2004 reaching the age of 67 years. She was the daughter of Estil Fairchild and Sarah Elam Fairchild.

She was united in marriage to Jim Wilson on April 3, 1965 at the First Unitarian Church in Louisville, KY by William David Brown.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Wilson; four children, Jamie Davis Foster, Monticello, KY, JoHannah Wilson of Frankfort, KY, John Fairchild Wilson of Monticello, KY and Jason Samuel Wilson of Monticello; five grandchildren, Stephen Foster, II, Jennifer Leigh Foster, Jessika Lora Green, Rollin Andrew Green, and Kreslie Laine Wilson; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Estil and Sarah Fairchild; and one infant grandson, James Estil Wilson.

Jeanne Wilson began her teaching career in 1956 and retired after 37 years with the Wayne County School Board of Education.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation: Sunday, June 27 after 5 PM in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral Service: Monday, June 28 at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
