Jean Kidd Anderson, 93, of St. Augustine, FL, passed away July 6, 2015 at the Bailey Family Center for Caring with her family by her side. She was born October 24, 1921 in Laurel Hill, KY and was the daughter of the late Jeff and Eva (Marcum) Kidd.

She married Melvin Ray Anderson who preceded her in death. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Norman Ray Anderson; and grandchildren, Norman Ray Anderson, Jr. and Shannon Bryant.

She is survived by daughters, Joan Elaine Anderson, St. Augustine, Deena Carol Swafford (Hershal), Pikeville, TN, Marjorie Dale Bryant (Ira), St. Augustine; son, Danny Eugene Anderson (Sue), St. Augustine; grandchildren Marty Swafford, Serena Bryant, Mark Swafford, Angela Anderson, David Anderson, Jason Anderson, Buddy Bryant, and Joey Bennett; and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday July 10, 2015 at St. Johns Family Funeral Home in St. Augustine, FL.

Graveside services will be held at 11 am on Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Elk Spring Cemetery Shelter in Monticello, KY. Interment will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
