Jayden Wayne Barnes was born July 4th, 2025, and entered into eternal life, November 26th, 2025, reaching the age of 4 months and 22 days old.  He was the infant son of Johnny and Kyra (Parmley) Barnes.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: his sisters, Addilyn, Raylen, and Layla Barnes; maternal grandparents, Ross & Heather Parmley; paternal grandmother, Sherry Cooper; paternal grandfather, James Barnes (Tina); great-great grandparents, Danny & Glenda Lawless, Andrew Parmley, and Linda Smith; numerous cousins, family and friends who mourn his passing.

Pallbearers for the service will be Blake Parmley, Bubba Barnes, Dillion Brummett, and Trent Lawless.

He was a loving, precious child who will be missed by those who loved and knew him.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ross Parmley and Bro. Danny Lawless officiating. Burial will be in the Jayden Memorial Cemetery, 2927 Hwy 3284, Monticello, KY.
