Jason Phillips was born September 14, 1973, and departed this life Friday, February 14, 2025, reaching the age of 51 years. He was the son of Terry Lynn Phillips and the late Patsy Mae (West) Miller.

In addition to his father, he is survived by: long-time girlfriend, Chelsea Allen; one son, Cody Allen Phillips; three daughters, Heather Marie Phillips, Arianna "Nikki" Phillips, and Keira Gail Phillips; and three grandchildren, Breylin Norris, Abel Norris, and Blaise Hamilton.  He is also survived by:  two brothers, Jeremy Phillips (Emerly) and Joshua Phillips; and two sisters, Angel Branscum (Kelley) and Tricia Carter (Dean); along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patsy Miller.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 20, 2025, between 4 pm – 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 5 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
