Jason Hicks was born October 6, 1957 and departed this life Wednesday, August 25, 2021 reaching the age of 64 years. He was the son of the late Charlie Franklin and Lillie (McGinnis) Hicks.

He is survived by: children, Stephen Hicks, Roseanna Adams (Rick), Amy Carter (Ricky), Maylene Hicks (Daniel Carrender), and Brittany Hicks; one brother, Oren Hicks; and one sister, Olene Coffey; and eleven grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Charlie and Lillie Hicks, he was preceded in death by: one son, Jason Gale Hicks; four brothers, Ray, Clay, Bradley, and Russell Hicks.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 30, 2021 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Monday, August 30, 2021 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Dishman Cemetery.
