Jase Bertram was born November 26, 2013 and departed this life Friday, May 1, 2015 reaching the age of 17 months. He was the son of the late Audrey Brennan.

He is survived by: his brother, Elijah Ellis; his step father, Michael Brennan; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by: his mother, Audrey Brennan; two sisters, Nevaeh Bertram and Zoe Bertram; and one brother, Christian Barnhouse.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 8, 2015 after 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Memorial services will be held Friday, May 8, 2015 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Proctor/Brennan Family's Memorial Fund
