Obituary
Janet L. Burnett was born May 26, 1963 and passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2011 having reached the age of 48 years. She was the daughter of the late Marlin and Carmen Lareine (Smith) Gregory.
She is survived by: 2 sons, Deric and Joshe (wife, Shiann) Burnett, both of Monticello, KY; 1 brother Wayne Gregory of Monticello, KY; 1 sister, Joyce Ping of Monticello, KY; 3 grandchildren, Destanie Cherry-McGuire, Mosey & Aidyn Burnett. She is also surived by a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
The family will recieve friends on Friday, February 11, 2011, after 5pm and again on the morning of Saturday, February 12, 2011, until 10am in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2011, at 11 am at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Bro Kenneth Thompson and Bro. Jerry Rich officiating. Burial will follow in the Grant-Roberts Cemetery.
