Obituary
James Earl Poore, Sr. was born July 4, 1944 and departed this life Friday, January 23, 2015 reaching the age of 70 years. He was the son of the late Dillard and Callie (Franklin) Poore.
He is survived by: two sons, Jamie Poore and James Earl Poore, Jr.; two daughters, Pam McGuire and Vickie Poore. He is also survived by: two brothers, Freddy Franklin and Paul Poore; and two sisters, Alene Johnson and June Barge; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Dillard and Callie Poore, he was preceded in death by: one brother, Carl Poore; and six sisters, Reba Hardwick, Betty Hicks, Etta Mae Parmley, Margie Catron, Shirley Harper, and Darlene Herb.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: James Poore Memorial Fund
