James Neal was born August 19, 1942 and departed this life Wednesday, January 30, 2019 reaching the age of 76 years. He was the son of the late Chester Lee and Lorene (Bertram) Neal.

He married Wanda Poe and to this union one child was born.

He is survived by: his wife, Wanda Neal; one daughter, Karen Floyd; one brother, Bob Neal; one sister, Margaret Patton; and one granddaughter, Paisley Hutchinson; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 3 ^rd between 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Graveside services will be held Sunday, February 3 ^rd at 2 pm at the Elk Spring Cemetery Shelter. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
