James "Handsome Jim" Spradlin was born March 11, 1952 and departed this life Tuesday, November 21, 2017 reaching the age of 65 years. He was the son of the late Clifford and Fannie (Foster) Spradlin.

He is survived by: his wife, Rosetta (Bell) Spradlin; three sons, Dana Brown, Elisha and Isaac Spradlin; three daughters, Heather Young, Bethany Kraschel, and Gabriel Spradlin; and 10 grandchildren. He is also survived by: two sisters, Brenda Whitehead and Sharon Stigall; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Clifford and Fannie Spradlin, he was preceded in death by: one sister, Dianna Bell; four brothers, Don, Dan, Tim and Terry Spradlin.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 24, 2017 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 12 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Family Cemetery.
