Jacqueline Richardson was born January 3, 1925 and departed this life Tuesday, April 25, 2017 reaching the age of 92 years. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Maxine (Key) Staples.

She married Romer Richardson and to this union one child was born. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, her child and one brother.

She is survived by: one sister, Roberta Richardson; four nephews, Danny, Larry, Richard, and Norman Richardson; several great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 29, 2017 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
