Jackie McGuire was born April 19, 1946 and departed this life Tuesday, March 15, 2016 reaching the age of 69 years. He was the son of the late Clifford Lloyd and Ermin (McGuire) Price.

He is survived by: his wife, Marie (Inman) McGuire; two sons, Jeffery and Clifford Ray McGuire; 8 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. He is also survived by: one brother, James Lewis Price; and four sisters, Ruby Sullivan, Amy Watson, Pearl Gregory, and Velma Rooks; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: his daughter, Anna Southwood Harlan; and one granddaughter, Jessica Lynn McGuire.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 19, 2016 after 6pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 2pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
