Jackie Massengale was born June 16, 1956, and departed this life Friday, December 20, 2024, reaching the age of 68 years. She was the daughter of Evelyn (Pyles) Stinson and the late James Elmer Stinson.

She married Ricky Lee Massengale and to this union two children were born.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by: her husband, Ricky Massengale; one son, Brandon Cody Massengale; three granddaughters, Jasmine Boykin, Zoe and Isabella Petersimes; and two sisters, Joann Bell (Mike) and Connie Morrow (Duane); along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

Along with her father, James Elmer Stinson, she was preceded in death by: her daughter Laura Savannah Morrow; and her brother, James "Dooley" Stinson.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 26, 2024, between 11 am - 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 26, 2024, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Dishman Cemetery.
