Jackie Ray Bell was born December 12, 1973, and departed this life Thursday, February 12, 2026, reaching the age of 52 years. He was the son of Jack and Wanda (Rednour) Bell.

In addition to his parents, Jack and Wanda Bell, he is survived by two sisters, Reda Bell and Kimberly Bell; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Sue Decker.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
