JACK SANA was born October 8, 1945 and departed this life September 20, 2006 reaching the age of 60 years. He was the son of the late John Sana and Alice Velck Sana.
He is survived by one brother, Richard Sana of Burr Ridge, IL; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Alice.
He was a loving person who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral Service: A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 28th at 4 pm
