Jack Hicks was born September 17, 1955, and departed this life Monday, January 30, 2023, reaching the age of 67 years. He was the son of the late Charlie and Lula Bell (Piercy) Hicks.

He is survived by: his wife, Elaine Hicks; one son, Troy Hicks (Tyann); one daughter, Kristy Ann Morrow (Brian); one stepdaughter, Becky York (Charles); seven grandchildren, Shaely Coffey, Haley Hicks, Kansas Coffey, Jayden Hicks, Ann-Marie Coffey, Emma Hicks, and Bryce Morrow; three step grandchildren, Whitney Harmon, Trenton Walters, and Jacklynn Dishman; and seven step great grandchildren, Levi, Ava, Alivia, Lily Kayte, and Jaxon Harmon, Grayson and Ryleigh Walters.

He is also survived by:  two brothers, Ted Hicks and Billy Joe Hicks; and two sisters, Gladys Neal and Lois Logan; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Charlie and Lula Hicks, he was preceded in death by: one stepson, Brian Dishman; and one brother, Robert Hicks.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 2, 2023, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, February 3, 2023, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Dishman Cemetery.
