JACK W. BACK was born January 26, 1924 and departed this life October 21, 2006 reaching the age of 82 years. He was the son of the late Martin Back and Mary Lettie Goddard Back.

He was united in marriage to Nell Gregory and to this union two children were born.

He is survived by one son, John Back of Louisville, KY; one daughter, Jackie Wiseman of Lexington, KY; and three grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Sydney Back of Barbourville, KY and Dr. Joseph Back of Monticello, KY; and two sisters, Lucy Breeding of Monticello, KY and Laura Ford of Louisville, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nell Back; his parents, Martin and Mary Back; one brother, Tom Back; and one sister, Alta Lusk.

He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation: Monday, October 23rd after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Tuesday, October 24th at 11 am
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
