Iza Pearl Carroll was born May 8th, 1932 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Tuesday, September 24th, 2002, reaching the age of 70 years. She was the daughter of William West and Edna Wright West.

She was united in marriage to Billy A. Carroll, and to this union one child was born.

She is survived by one daughter-Sandra Shaw and husband Mitchell, and two beloved grandsons-Jason and Dustin Shaw.

She is also survived by one brother-Jim West of Jamestown, TN and five sisters-Ida Gibson of Muncie, IN, Lida Stephens of Jamestown, TN, Lillie Poore of Anderson, IN, Minnie Walters of Somerset, KY and Faye Morgan of Lexington, KY, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Billy, one brother-Ray West and four sisters-Ola Abner, Lola Stewart, Willie Gibson and Luria Luttrell.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.


Visitation: The family will receive friends after 6 PM on Thursday, September 26th in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Friday, September 27th at 2 PM at the Jesus Name Church with Bro. Paul Perkins officiating.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Parmley's Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
