Ina Ruth Tuttle was born on April 5, 1930, and departed this life on Saturday, May 18, 2024, reaching the age of 94 years. She was the daughter of Joseph and Cora Ann (Hicks) Walters.

Ruth is survived by 10 nieces and nephews; as well as many friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Theophilis "Buddy" Tuttle; her daughter, Kathleen Murphy; and two sisters, Thelma Beshear and Mae Joslin.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, between 12 pm – 1 pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home.  Graveside services and burial will be immediately following at Elk Spring Cemetery.
