Ina Joyce Sexton was born December 20th, 1944 and departed this life Saturday, March 23rd, 2024, reaching the age of 79 years. She was the daughter of the late Marshal "Elzo" and Martha Lois (Reece) Peercy.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Morris (Marilyn), Tim Peercy, and Tonya Morris (Jarrad); 3 sisters, Dorothy Hicks, Wilma York, and Retha Brumley; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, James Estill "Jug" Sexton; 1 son, Terry Morris; and her siblings, Mary Lois Bowen, Marshal Peercy, and Martha Peercy.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024, from 5-8pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 27th, 2024, at 11am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
