Obituary
Ida Warner was born January 12, 1948 and departed this life Tuesday, June 21, 2011 reaching the age of 63. She was the daughter of the late Ollie and Mable Chapman.
She is survived by: her husband, John Warner of Monticello, KY; and 1 son, Jimmy Chapman of West Mansfield, OH. She is also survived by: 5 sisters, Nancy Underhill of Putnam, Pattie Martin of Goodlettsville, Juanita Martin, Betty Codle, and Mary Chapman all of West Jefferson; 5 brothers, Lee Chapman and Orville Chapman both of Plain City, Ernest Chapman of Springfield, Billy Chapman of West Jefferson, and Eddie Chapman of Galloway; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Ollie and Mable Chapman, she was preceded in death by: 4 brothers, Ollie, Jr., John, Jerry, and Donny Chapman.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 24, 2011 from 4:30 – 7 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Visitation and funeral services will in Marysville, OH - arrangements are pending and will be announced later.
