Howard Coffey was born June 15, 1931, and departed this life Friday, January 19, 2024, reaching the age of 92 years. He was the son of the late Virgil and Clora (New) Coffey.

He is survived by: one niece, Sherry Upchurch; two nephews, Bobby and Jimmy Coffey; and one sister-in-law, Dorothy Coffey; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Virgil and Clora Coffey, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl and Kenneth Coffey.

Howard was baptized August 1, 1965 and was a member of Mt. Carmel Church.

Graveside services will be held Friday, January 26, 2024, at 1 pm at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with burial to follow.
