Obituary
HOWARD BRAKE, age 74, of Monticello, passed away Friday, July 18, 2003, at St Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY.
He is survived by his wife, Wilodean, and 2 sons – Alan Brake and Kim Brake of Monticello. His also survived by 2 brothers – Haskell "Hack" Brake of Burnside, Bobby Brake of Monticello, 2 sisters – Margie New of Monticello, Ruth of Somerset, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Sunday, July 20 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 21 at 1:00 p.m. at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
