Obituary
Hobert Pendleton was born November 20, 1927 and departed this life Saturday, December 7, 2013 reaching the age of 86. He was the son of the late Henry and Lennie (Roberts) Pendleton.
He was united in marriage to Dorothy Lillian Brown and to this union four children were born.
He is survived by: two sons, Hobert "Pudge" and Don Pendlton; four grandchildren, Duane Morrow, and Travis, Conner & Carolyn Pendleton; six great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Joyce Wesley & Betty Stockton; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Henry and Lennie Pendleton, he was preceded in death by: his wife, Dorothy Pendleton; one son, Tim Pendlton; one daughter, Linda Sue Morrow; one brother, Harold Pendlton; and one sister, Josephine Anderson.
The family will receive friends after 5 pm on Tuesday, December 10 in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 1 pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
