Obituary
Henry Levi West was born May 2, 1964 and departed this life Tuesday, January 15, 2013 reaching the age of 48. He was the son of the late Richard Lee and Gracie Ann (Harness) West.
He is survived by: 2 sisters, Patsy Miller and Debbie Chriswell; 4 brothers, Carl, Hank, Robert, and Richard, Jr.; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 6 – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 19 at 8 pm in the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to:
