Hazel Charlene Owens was born August 13, 1956, and departed this life Tuesday, June 16, 2009. She is the daughter of Mary and Cecil Guinn.
She is survived by:
Her parents, Cecil and Mary Guinn of Monticello, KY.
Her life-long partner, Floyd Owens of Monticello, KY.
One son, Danny Joe Poore of Monticello, KY.
One daughter, Whitney Owens of Monticello, KY.
One brother, William "Howard" Owens of Danville, KY.
Three sisters, Joyce, Phyllis, and Connie.
She is also survived by one grandchild.
She was a loving mother, daughter, partner, relative, and friend that will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Thusday, June 18, 2009 after 5pm in the funeral home chapel
Funeral Service: Friday, June 19, 2009 at 1pm in the funeral home chapel
Interment: Davis Cemetery Chapel
