Obituary
Hattie Stringer was born November 5, 1928 and departed this life Sunday, February 3, 2008 reaching the age of 79 years. She was the daughter of the late Bluford and Frona (Decker) Winchester.
She married Larry Stringer and to this union nine children were born.
She is survived by: five sons- Ronald, Rick, Dale, Billy, and Frank Stringer, four daughters- Patricia Stoltz, Linda Sparks, Faye Sauer, and Rebecca Clapper, 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by: one sister, Vonnie McGowan; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband- Larry Stringer, two brothers- Robert Bluford and Leslie "Dick" Winchester, and two sisters, Flora Elizabeth and Renae Coomer.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Wednesday, February 6th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Thursday, February 7th at 1 pm
Interment: Stringer Family Cemetery
