Harold Norfleet was born July 25, 1953 and departed this life Thursday, January 5, 2012 reaching the age of 58. He was the son of the late Marvin and Mary (Zimmerman) Norfleet.

He was united in marriage to Annette Sexton and to this union 2 children were born.

He is survived by: his wife, Annette Norfleet of Monticello, KY; 1 son, Eddie (Jessica) Norfleet of Monticello, KY; and 1 daughter, Amy (Clint) Edwards of Monticello, KY; and 5 grandchildren. He is also survived by: 1 brother, Oscar Norfleet of Loveland, OH; and 3 sisters, Doris York of Monticello, KY, Marlene McIntyre of Miamisburg, OH, and Brenda Shrader of Mason, OH; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Marvin and Mary Norfleet, he was preceded in death by: 1 brother, Jimmy Ray Norfleet.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 7, 2012 from 5-9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Masonic services will be held Saturday, January 7th at 6 pm. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 2 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Bunch and Rev. Oral Denney officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.

In connection to this obituary announcement there will be no church services on Sunday, January 8th at Mt. Pleasant Fellowship Church where Harold was a member.
