Obituary
HAROLD DESCO DISHMAN was born October 11, 1947 and departed this life October 30, 2006 reaching the age of 59 years. He was the son of the late Howard Dishman and Mary Hicks Dishman.
He was united in marriage to Oleta "Sissy" Pierce and to this union five children were born.
He is survived by his wife, Oleta Dishman of Monticello, KY; two sons, Rick Dishman of Monticello, KY and Scott Dishman of Albany, KY; three daughters, Debbie Hicks and Wendy Bertram both of Monticello, KY and Amanda Brown of Albany, KY; seven grandchildren, Alicia Hicks Winchester, Jacob Hicks, Cody and Chase Dishman, and Dylan and Bailey Bertram, and Emily Dishman; and one great grandchild, Andrew Winchester. He is also survived by his father, Howard Dishman of Monticello, KY; five brothers, Darrell, Leonard, Ray Dean, Bob, and Bill Dishman all of Monticello, KY; and four sisters, Juline Brown of Indiana, Evelyne Dishman, Pauline Hicks, and Allene Catron all of Monticello, KY.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Dishman; and one brother, Willard Dishman.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Wednesday, November 1st after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Thursday, November 2nd at 11 am
Interment: Chestnut Grove Cemetery
