Obituary
HALLIE ALLENE BURGESS was born September 15, 1922 and departed this life October 21, 2007 reaching the age of 85 years. She was the daughter of the late George Granville Worsham and Belle Lair Worsham.
She married Stanley Burgess and to this union five children were born.
She is survived by: one son, Bruce Burgess of Nashville, TN; four daughters, Carol Gossage of Monticello, KY, Patricia Brockman of Miamisburg, OH, June Weaver of Frazer, KY, and Norma Sue Collins of Winchester, KY; 14 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his/her passing.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, George and Belle Worsham; her husband, Stanley Burgess; three brothers, Edwin, Estil, and Huber Worhsam; and three sisters, Flonnie, Lela Dick, and Vena Slagle.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Monday, October 22nd after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Tuesday, October 23rd at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
