Gregory Denney was born November 26, 1959 and departed this life Tuesday, October 12, 2010 reaching the age of 50. He was the son of Sue (Duncan) Toering and the late Bobby Denney.

He was united in marriage to Tammi Sizelove and to this union 3 children were born.

He is survived by: his wife, Tammi Denney of Monticello, KY; 3 children, Lloyd Sparks, Stephen and Jessica Denney all of Monticello, KY; and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by: his mother and step-father, Sue and Larry Toering of Burnside, KY; 1 brother, Lee Denney of Cincinnati, OH; 2 sisters, Yvonne Smith of Somerset, KY and Tamara Richardson of Wapakoneta, OH; and his grandmother, Godlie Duncan; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by: his father, Bobby Denney.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 14, 2010 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 15, 2010 at 1 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Dunbar and Bro. Larry Marcum officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
