Grace Daniel was born September 15, 1938 and departed this life Tuesday, March 1, 2016 reaching the age of 77 years. She was the daughter of the late Obie and Bessie (Sexton) Penticuff.

She married Leonard Daniel and to this union one child was born.

She is survived by: her son, Jerry Daniel; grandchildren, Stevie Piercy and Janice Appleby; great grandchildren, Blake Gregory, Danielle Piercy, Makia Gregory, and Brandon Piercy; great-great grandbaby, Anastyn Lorrayne Grace Rose. She is also survived by: three sisters, Edna Mae Dobbs, Anita Ruth Penticuff, and Mary Pearl Piercy; and one brother, Ernest "Jim" Penticuff; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Obie and Bessie Penticuff, she was preceded in death by: her husband Leonard Daniel; one brother, Carl Ray Penticuff.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 3, 2016 after 6pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 4, 2016 at 1pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
