Obituary
Glen David Lewis was born May 30, 1961 and departed this life September 21, 2003 reaching the age of 42 years. He was the son of Mack Lewis and Dora Rigney Lewis.
He is survived by his parents and one sister – Shirley Carrender, along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by 2 brothers – Leonard Ray Lewis and Hale Lewis.
He was a loving son, brother, relative and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 23 between 5:00 and 9:00 pm
Funeral Service: Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 24 at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Tuttles Chapel Cemetery
